Lusben has three facilities located in Viareggio, Livorno and Varazze that identify themselves as centres of excellence thank to the expertise of artisans and highly qualified professionals that ensure the best outcome possible in activities of Refit & Repair, transforming every client request into personalised solutions. At Lusben, the Refit & Repair work are carried out by a staff of qualified specialists: from the electronic engineer to the carpenter, able to guarantee the best result while maintaining cost control.

We regularly carry out important mechanical, structural and internal refit works as well as providing all the support necessary to improve any on-board system in accordance with the rigorous safety standards set by the Charter Classification Bodies. All the works are carried out with the support of naval engineers and technicians.  Relying on a staff composed of Project Managers, Naval Engineers, Specialised Technicians and using the most modern technologies and equipment, Lusben is able to transform every customer's desire into customised solutions.

The 180-meter floating dock can comfortably accommodate 99% of the largest luxury yachts in the world. The paint shad can be pressurized, ventilated, and heated up to 70 degrees to ensure an excellent final result. These high-tech structures make Lusben unique and a leader in the sector, capable of managing any type of yacht and project size.

Lusben is able to provide the most accurate assessment for each project thanks to the know-how of its technicians, designers and engineers and the advanced technological facility which is equipped with a 1.150 ton, 110-meter floating dock with 18,000-ton capacity, cranes of different capacities and a 600-ton travel lift.

PAINT SHED
Ventilation and extraction system for an average flow rate of about 60,000 cubic meters/hour. The heating system allows you to maintain a constant internal temperature of about 20 °; Post-curing up to a maximum temperature of 70 ° for about 20 minutes; Centralized dust extraction system, which guarantees the "cleaning" and a-septicity of the painting; Nitrogen systems that ensure both the reduction of residual moisture on the boat and the elimination of electrostatic currents present on the surfaces to be painted. The ventilation and extraction system have an average capacity of about 60,000 m³/h. Heating system, which permits to maintain a constant internal temperature of approximately 20°C Post-curing to a maximum temperature of 70°C for about 20 minutes. A centralised system for dust extraction, which guarantees the "cleanliness" and the sterility of the painting; Nitrogen system which ensures both the reduction of residual moisture on the vessel and elimination of electrostatic currents on the surface to be painted.

TECHNICAL MARINA
Docks and mooring for mega-yachts and giga-yachts, with connection for electric energy (from 220V to 380V), freshwater and data transmission (Internet and telephone). The marinas are entirely covered by Free Wi-Fi network. Mooring assistance is available 24 hours, as well as electricians for power connection and disconnection. Furthermore, the structures have an internal parking area, TVCC video surveillance system, safety guards and a concierge service available 24 hours.

During the operation of the project, shipowners can count on a committed Project Manager who will also be the sole interlocutor and will supervise all the works. Every aspect of the projects is supervised and coordinated by the Lusben Project Management staff. At Lusben, experience means flexibility and receptivity, the ability to plan and share the business plan and have a team of professionals and managers available to coordinate suppliers by supporting them in the Refit phases.
